Terms & Conditions
The terms for using this website. Building works are always agreed separately, in writing.
01
About these terms
This website is operated by AM Probuild Ltd, trading as AM Pro Build. Company number 17414448, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 2 Hatherleigh Close, Morden, Surrey, United Kingdom, SM4 5AD. Email: arek@amprobuild.com.
These terms cover your use of this website only. By using the site you agree to them. They are not our building contract and do not change any quotation, contract or terms agreed individually with a customer.
02
Website content
Content on this website is general information about AM Pro Build and the kind of work we do. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it isn’t professional advice for your particular property.
Project photographs and descriptions show previous work and are illustrative. Every property and project is different, so finishes, materials, costs and timescales will vary.
03
Enquiries and quotations
- Nothing on this website is a quotation or a binding offer to carry out work.
- Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and doesn’t oblige you or us to go ahead.
- Prices, timescales and availability depend on a site visit and an individual quotation.
- Any building work is governed only by the written quotation and contract agreed between you and us.
04
Our content and brand
The website, its text, design, logos, the AM Pro Build name and branding, and project photography belong to us or are used with permission.
You’re welcome to view, share links to, and print pages for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, reproduce or reuse our content, imagery or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
05
Using the website responsibly
Please don’t misuse the site — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or submitting false, offensive or unlawful material through our forms.
06
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
07
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or change it at any time.
08
Our liability
We are not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website content in place of advice or a quotation specific to your project, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
09
Privacy and cookies
How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.
10
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
